Please Respect the Practice Staff
Our staff are working hard to give you the best quality of care. Our staff have the right to be respected, speak to them in the same manner and tone how you like to be spoken too. Any abusive behaviour, such as shouting, swearing, homophobic or racist language and or nasty comments towards any of the Practice staff will reduce the quality of the care you receive and may result in care being refused.
If you think we can improve the way the practice operates, please ask to discuss your comments with the Practice Manager, who may be able to consider ways of improving the service and care and achieve the best possible outcome for all concerned.
