Complaints Procedure
Staff at the Practice try to give our patients the best service possible, but sometimes we don’t get it right and it may lead you to feel you have cause to complain.
Laurie Bell (Reception Manager) or Helen Chadwick (Operations Manager) are always available to discuss your concerns but if for any reason she is not you can either contact the Assistant Practice Manager, or complete a complaints form, which is available on line or at the Practice. We aim to acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours of receipt although it may take the Practice up to 40 days to fully investigate your complaint. We will endeavour to keep you informed.

Please note: The Practice is not open Saturday, Sunday or any bank holidays.
Long Eaton Health Centre – Branch Surgery
As of 29th June 2018 the branch surgery is no longer open. All services have been transferred to the main surgery on College Street.
